New Account

To become VeratNet's user you should open an account in one of our sale centres or authorized representative offices.

All you have to do is to fill out a form and pay the amount of 118 dinars for the opening of the account. After that, you can decide on one of the offered packs. If you use up all the packs and you don’t pay for the additional pack within a period of one year, your account, together with all e-mail messages and personal presentation (if you have uploaded one) will be cancelled automatically.

All user information, given to us when opening an account, is used only for the purpose of contacting you if needed, in case you want to change your password or if any other eventuality occurs. Your information remains secret and its protected by user rights.

In case of misuse (Internet credit card fraud, SPAM – sending unwanted e-mail messages to other users of Internet etc.), the account could be temporarily suspended or permanently cancelled, both cases are regulated by Dial-up Services User Regulations. Received information will not be given to any third person, unless requested otherwise by court or police officials.

There are some limitations when choosing your username:

It cannot start with a number
Should contain from 3 to 10 characters
It cannot contain characters like: %$&”/#!?*
It can contain a dot, but not at the beginning
It has to be unique, no two identical user names can appear on VeratNet user list
