In the first 6-months period from the start of domain registration, actual owners of co.yu domains will have advantage to register adequate co.rs domain as well as .rs domain, if it is free for registering.

Re-registration example

Owner of biznis.co.yu domain will have advantage to register domain biznis.co.rs.

Owners of domains biznis.co.yu, biznis.org.yu and biznis.edu.yu have the right to register biznis.rs domain, if there is no registered biznis.yu domain. In that case, there is advantage for domain owner who applies first and provide necessary documentation, within 30 days from the date of applying. In other case, domain will be deleted.

Advantage in process of re-registration:

After this 6-months period, if domain is not registered within that time, domain is free for registration for all other persons.

Residential and business users can registered unlimited number of domains. Serbian citizens can register .rs domains as well as foreign citizens in the case that they provide that administrative contact is citizen of Serbia or that company has headquarters in Serbia.
